Feast on freshly prepared lodge-style meals. The Cascade dining hall easily accommodates 30 people at round tables, or up to 75 people in banquet-style seating. Our chef can prepare custom meals for any dietary needs. A sample menu includes:

SAMPLE DAILY MENU

Breakfast
Fresh scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, crispy hashbrowns, grilled ham slices, cream of wheat with milk, sugar and raisins, and a display of fresh fruits. Freshly brewed organic "Tony's" coffee, an assortment of teas, juice and milk

Break
Flaky scones with butter, honey and jam, creamy assorted flavors of yogurts, granola mix. Freshly brewed organic "Tony's" coffee, an assortment of teas, juice and milk

Lunch
Hearty beef stew, white rice pilaf, zesty three bean salad, creamy broccoli and cheddar, whole grain rolls with butter and jam. Freshly brewed organic "Tony's" coffee, an assortment of teas, iced tea on request, juice and milk

Break
Fresh-out-of-the-oven mountain-sized cookies, a display of fresh fruits and trail mix. Freshly brewed organic "Tony's" coffee, an assortment of teas, soda upon request, juice and milk

Dinner
Juicy pot roast with freshly made gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, baked carrots, onion and celery, freshly baked breads with butter and jam, tossed mixed greens with house dressings, dreamy chocolate cheesecake with white chocolate sauce.
